Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives, ensuring targeted revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through regular training and motivational initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market, adjusting tactics accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms that benefit both parties.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in FMCG Sector.
  • Candidate must be in UAE.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven sales experience in a leadership role within the relevant industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating exceptional revenue growth capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, inspiring trust and confidence among team members and clients alike.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills being a significant advantage in multicultural markets.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong networking skills, capable of building lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals.
