This is a high-impact role central to the organization’s growth strategy. The Sales Manager / BD Manager will lead revenue generation and market expansion across the Kuwait markets, stepping into a mid-management role with growth opportunities. The hired candidate must hit the ground running, leveraging existing relationships and market knowledge to drive immediate results.

  • Lead sales and business development efforts across Kuwait markets.
  • Drive top-line revenue growth while safeguarding profitability and contribution to the bottom line.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with distributors, national accounts, and key retail partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities (new products, channels, and cross-border expansion).
  • Own and manage pipeline, sales forecasts, target setting, and performance tracking (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Create market intelligence reports (competitive analysis, pricing trends, and consumer behavior) and advise senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, logistics, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution.
  • Represent Caliber Brands at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and high-stakes customer meetings.
  • Mentor, guide, and collaborate with internal teams (if any) or external partners to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in sales / business development, ideally in the appliances, consumer electronics space only.
  • Strong, proven track record of hitting revenue targets in Kuwait markets.
  • Deep understanding of Kuwait distribution ecosystems, regulatory frameworks, and cultural nuances—strong experience in Kuwait is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills at senior levels in organizations.
  • Ability to operate independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset and execution bias.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach: able to get into the details and roll up sleeves.
  • Comfortable with high travel frequency
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
