Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to strengthen and expand our presence across the UK retail market. This role is ideal for a proactive and target-oriented sales professional who thrives in a field-based environment and possesses strong knowledge of retail and consumer distribution channels.
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across assigned territories
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers
Conduct impactful product presentations and negotiate commercial agreements
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing business
Knowledge of the luggage and bags product category, and a passion for the fashion or lifestyle sector
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with business objectives
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in field sales, business development, or retail account management
Strong understanding of the UK retail and consumer products landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions within the UK
