Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Creating an enthusiastic and successful sales environment by increasing sales and distribution of new and existing product portfolios.

· Develop a new customer base and generate strategies that grow market shares, improve customer experience and drive the growth of all product lines.

· Grow the popularity of the company’s products in NORTHERN EMIRATES and other designated trade channels by developing and integrating sales and marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.

· Perform market research process to determine market requirements.

· Present strong branding to drive growth in existing and new markets.

· Profit and loss responsibility within each trade channels.

· Nurturing high level relationship with the customers and stakeholders.

· Managing the large corporate accounts and sales team and its budgets.

· Analysis of sales forecast and achieve sales targets.

· Create account generation plans for different regions and territories that align with the company objectives.

· Position each brand opportunity in the market& developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and various other MIS reports related to sales to the management.

· Perform research and identify new potential customer and new market opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Minimum Degree with MBA is required.

· Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in similar role in Alcohol Industry is preferred, candidates from FMCG & Hospitality will be also considered.

· Effective communication as well as interpersonal skills. Ability to build a strong rapport and trust with clients.

· Proficient in MS tools. Attention to detail, Analytical and Data interpretation skills.

· Willingness to travel across UAE frequently with a valid Driving License.

· Age must be around 30 – 35.

· Should be ready to work at flexible hours based on the Hospitality & Industry requirements.

· Salary won’t be a constrain for right candidate & open to all nationalities.
