We are a leading real estate development company based in October Gardens, with a strong track record in delivering high-quality commercial, administrative, and residential projects. As we continue to grow and expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic sales manager to lead our sales team and drive results across all sectors.

Key Responsibility:

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential, commercial, and administrative units.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to optimise sales performance.

Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and corporate partners.

Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closing.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and improve lead quality.
