Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage/Lead the established Scaffolding sales team to achieve revenue targets and relevant KPI s
Develop and implement a strategic business plan to continue to grow the market share across Northern Europe including; Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland
Develop new customers and business partners to grow market share alongside your Sales Team
Work closely with the senior management to implement and deliver the sales strategy
Scaffolding Industry & Sales Management experience in Northern Europe
Proven knowledge of scaffolding, access and shoring systems
Commercial experience within the scaffolding sector
Coaching/Leadership experience of sales engineers/sales managers
Fluent Swedish or Norwegian and English language skills
This position is likely to be based in Sweden with travel across Northern Europe
Desired Candidate Profile
