Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Build the full sales structure (team roles, targets, territories).
- Design and document Sales SOPs, scripts, and follow-up processes.
- Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives.
- Set and manage KPIs (calls, meetings, pipeline, closing rate).
- Manage and track all activities using CRM (Odoo preferred).
- Work closely with management on pricing, discounts, and client strategy.
- Ensure full visibility and reporting of the sales pipeline.
Important Note
- This role is for builders and leaders
- Candidates focused only on individual selling or commission-only roles are not a fit.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience in building or restructuring a sales team.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Data-driven mindset (KPIs, dashboards, reporting).
- Experience using CRM systems (ERP knowledge is a plus).
- Background in food ingredients, raw materials, or FMCG is a strong advantage.
