Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the textile industry to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the textile sector, expanding the company s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize sales processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
