Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a sales Manager located in Qesm 2nd 6 October.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Daily tasks include overseeing the sales process, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Forecast sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and present actionable insights to management.
- Set, monitor, and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to ensure skill development and continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and corporate accounts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations or issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Develop tailored solutions for clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
Operational & Reporting Duties
- Ensure accurate use of CRM systems for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless sales-to-delivery processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
- In-depth understanding of the Egyptian market and client behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
