Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Constantine area.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue and market share targets for the GI Ultrasound range.
Analyze market trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
Identify and target key customers and high-potential prospects.
Collaborating with marketing, application and service teams to ensure a complete value proposition for customers.
Customer Relations and Business Development:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including doctors, hospitals and clinics.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and on-site evaluations.
Negotiating and concluding sales contracts.
Participate in industry conferences, workshops and events to promote GE Healthcare's ultrasound products.
Provide regular follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
University degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, biomedical engineering).
Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in the sale of medical equipment, ideally in the field of ultrasound or medical imaging.
Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets.
Excellent knowledge of the Algerian healthcare market.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Fluency in French (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is an asset.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to travel frequently within Algerian territory.
