Job Overview

As a Senior Account Manager at Berkez, you will play a pivotal role in boosting sales growth and expanding the customer base, directly contributing to the company's success and meeting customer
needs.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Seek new business opportunities within the building
materials market • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our decision-makers, managers and joint venture owners
• Understand the specific needs and requirements of customers in the sector
• Communicate effectively in terms of clarifying our prices and added value to the market and the benefits of our
products and services • Collect and generate customer lists and qualify leads across various channels, including internet, networking, recommendations and face-to-face
interactions • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, demos, presentations and multiple proposals •

Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales goals •

Maintain accurate customer records and manage the lead list in detail using in-house
technology • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure consistency of brand marketing correspondence •
Achieving set goals to raise dues with existing customers and achieving sales goals •

Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives •
Required
qualifications Bachelor's
degree in business administration or commerce or equivalent work experience in sales A minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry or any related
sub-industry • A proven track record of successfully collecting leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales
targets • Strong understanding of e-sales strategies and customer
acquisition techniques • Excellent communication and public relations skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a rapidly changing
environment • Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills • (CRM) • Mastering or knowing various office and CRM software •
