Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customer calls, emails and requests
- Prepare quotes, orders and invoices
- Monitor sales and deliveries
- Participate in marketing activities (social media, campaigns)
- Update customer databases
- Prepare business reports
- Assisting in the organization of events
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+2 to Bac+3 in business, marketing or management
Experience: 1 to 2 years preferred
Proficiency in office software
Good level of communication skills (FR/AR, English preferred)
Sense of service and organization
