Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, support sales targets, and drive business growth. The role involves overseeing digital and offline campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and leading a small team to deliver effective marketing outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Manage brand positioning, communications, and corporate identity initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales and leasing teams to support lead generation and conversion.
- Supervise content creation for websites, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.
- Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
