Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing Engineer of Process Equipment like Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Columns, Pressure Vessels. Shall have good industry connects.
• Very strong written, oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of costing for Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, Reactors, Agitators, and Distillation Columns used in Process Industries like Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Food, and Beverage.
• Ability to interpret engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, scope of works, etc.
• Mechanical Design knowledge of the above equipment.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements, U Stamp, TEMA, CE/PED.
• Feasibility study of manufacturing
• Knowledge of various materials of construction (MOC) used in fabrication.
• Knowledge of various manufacturing processes involved in equipment fabrication.
• Shall have good contacts with resources for raw materials, bought-out items.
• Knowledge for calculating project lead-time.
• Shall be able to calculate the manpower requirement for manufacturing.
• Shall be able to identify the Critical points in manufacturing and incorporate that in estimation.
• Shall be aware of commercial terms in quotations and proposals.
• Assist the Sales Team on technical matters and costing during the process of securing the contract.
• Attend the technical meeting with clients during the tendering process.
• Prepare handover report for the awarded project and follow through Post Order Correspondence
• Monitors current competitive prices, new techniques, and cost trends.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail within calculations, checking, and summarizing.
• Teamwork abilities.
