Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote clinic services and products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Represent Alyaqout Clinics at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales activities and market developments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Females
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
