Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
Manage client relationships and follow up on leads and quotations
Prepare sales offers, contracts, and negotiations with customers
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with technical and production teams to meet customer needs
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing (industrial or machinery sector preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent command of English and Arabic
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Willingness to travel when required
