Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  • Present company products and services to customers professionally

  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

  • Manage social media platforms and digital promotions

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

  • Strong presentation and client management skills
