Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Aldawlia s range of plastic film products, including lamination, blown, shrink, and agriculture films.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets to expand the company s customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to management.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital campaigns that drive product awareness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the plastic materials or packaging industry.

Strong understanding of plastic film products and their applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

Proficiency in market research and data analysis.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Very good in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
