Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies and identify areas for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 7 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
