Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
