Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 4 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing within the Training / Education industry in Oman.
  • Strong knowledge of Oman s training institute market and corporate training requirements.
  • Familiarity with OPAL standards, HSE training, Defensive Driving, and NPORS / RTITB Lifting courses is essential.
  • Valid Oman driving license (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to flexible work requirements.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantag

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidates has to be local in Oman OR those who worked before in Oman.

In general we need candidates with Oman experience.
