We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our upcoming cosmetic hospital in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing, patient engagement, brand promotion, and business growth within the healthcare and cosmetic industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient inquiries.
• Promote hospital services including hair, skin, dental, and aesthetic treatments.
• Handle patient leads, follow-ups, and consultation coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and offline marketing activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and partnerships.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with the creative and digital marketing team for branding activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in healthcare, cosmetic, or wellness industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and generate quality leads.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and marketing tools preferred.
• Fluency in English required (Arabic is an added advantage).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
