Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients within the manpower supply and recruitment sector, focusing on key industry verticals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling manpower solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business growth, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure, ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of qualified candidates.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients, showcasing the company's value proposition.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance accurately, providing regular updates to management on progress and challenges.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate new leads within the manpower supply and recruitment industry.
- Stay informed about relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and ethical sales practices.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the manpower supply and recruitment business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the manpower supply or recruitment industry.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of the local and regional labor market, including industry-specific demands and trends.
- Holds relevant certifications such as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) or similar, demonstrating professional credibility.
- Displays fluency in English and [Specify other languages, if required] with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite for sales management and reporting.

- Demonstrates a results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
