Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives.


Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team across assigned territories.


Identify and pursue business development opportunities with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, beauty centers, and pharmacies.


Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.


Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.


Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.


Set sales targets and monitor performance through KPIs and regular reporting.


Coordinate with regulatory, medical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (Master s preferred).


Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the aesthetic, cosmetic, or dermatological field.


Proven leadership and team management experience.


Strong knowledge of the Lebanese and regional aesthetic/cosmetic market.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.


Dynamic, self-driven, and customer-focused.
