Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing function for property development projects.
  • Develop brand positioning and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Drive sales performance through client engagement, broker management, and investor relations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of promotional activities, exhibitions, and property launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement effective sales & marketing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and investors.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Oversee digital marketing, advertising, and brand communications.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing within the Real Estate / Property Development sector.
  • UAE real estate market experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skill & Expertise:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai real estate trends and property laws.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
