Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing function for property development projects.
- Develop brand positioning and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Drive sales performance through client engagement, broker management, and investor relations.
- Ensure smooth execution of promotional activities, exhibitions, and property launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective sales & marketing strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and investors.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Oversee digital marketing, advertising, and brand communications.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing within the Real Estate / Property Development sector.
- UAE real estate market experience is highly preferred.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skill & Expertise:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Deep understanding of Dubai real estate trends and property laws.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
