Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and secure new construction projects, focusing on specific market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, developers, and general contractors, to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids that effectively showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition, highlighting unique selling points.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the construction industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a degree in Construction Management is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales and marketing experience within the construction industry, with a focus on specific building materials or services.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles, and industry regulations and codes, including knowledge of relevant materials.
