Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for energetic and motivated Freshers (0–1 year experience) who are currently in Dubai to join our team as Sales & Marketing Specialists. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the financial services industry with full training provided.
You will be responsible for engaging with clients, supporting onboarding processes, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound communication
Guide new clients through the onboarding process
Share basic market and product information (training provided)
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using CRM
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with the team to achieve company objectives
Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers with 0–1 year experience only
Age bracket - 18-30 years
Must be currently on a Visit Visa in Dubai
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic understanding of sales concepts (training provided)
Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
