Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B customers for meat products (retail, horeca, and wholesale segments).
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product demand.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales strategy.
- Prepare and share simple but accurate sales reports (customer base, order volume, revenue, and monthly performance).
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to work in a sales-driven, target-oriented environment.
- Experience or interest in FMCG / food / meat industry will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Valid driving license preferred (for field sales activities).
