Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead Onboarding Success: Guide new hires through seamless onboarding processes, ensuring integration and long-term retention
- Achieve Sales Excellence: Operate in a performance-driven environment, leveraging your experience to meet and exceed ambitious sales and hiring targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have some sales experience to include prospecting and phone calls.
Must have the skills necessary to convert leads into sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience or knowledge of government contracts a MAJOR plus!
Must work efficiently and have an agile mindset.
Self-driven and motivated to grow quickly is a must.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales/marketing experience.
College-level associate degree or higher preferred; or equivalent of related work
