Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory, focusing on the UAE market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities, tailoring approaches accordingly.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing products/services and their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events, generating leads and building a strong pipeline.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client requirements.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Possess a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel within the UAE to meet clients and attend meetings, maximizing face-to-face interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Possesses a valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the UAE market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a proactive and positive attitude, ready to take ownership.
