Roles & Responsibilities

An Oman based FMCG Organization is Urgently Looking for Sales Merchandisers. Candidates With 2 to 3 years of Work experience preferably from FMCG Food (Fast Moving consumer goods) with Sales experience is preferred for this role.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our FMCG Food Division in OMAN

The role involves ensuring optimal product presentation, stock availability, and customer engagement to maximize sales.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute product displays to attract and engage customers.

  • Ensure shelves are properly stocked and products are well-presented.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify trends and customer preferences.

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.

  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Merchandiser in the FMCG sector in UAE is advantageous

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Compensation: 250 Omani Riyal + Food + Accommodation + Transportation + Medical Insurance + Airfare + Incentives
