Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve air cargo revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities ( new Clients) , focusing on high-value accounts and niche markets in the air cargo sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored air cargo solutions.

  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with others effectively

  • Responsible for following up on customer payments, shipments, and handling abnormal situations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing or a related field.

  • Has a minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience within the air cargo industry, with a track record of exceeding targets.

  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of air cargo operations, including handling procedures, documentation, and customs regulations.

  • 1 year experience in logistics is required.

  • 1 year other sales experience in UAE.
