Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support in maintenance of stock through continuous management of stock levels and availability on floor through inward, outward and stock replenishment functions
- Receiving and verifying merchandise shipment quality and quantity along with unpacking and categorizing assistance.
- Sorting, tagging and placing products onto racks, shelves and mannequins as per company standards.
- Must ensure that merchandise is laid out as per display principles, i.e. sizes & ratios are maintained.
- Ensure excellent customer experience by serving customer needs and processing sales.
- Trial room management as per customer traffic.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a competitive industry, showcasing a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is essential for a foundational understanding of sales principles.
- Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage to cater to diverse client bases.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges is essential.
