Job Summary

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on promoting products or services, understanding customer needs, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• Proven experience in sales or customer service

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM systems)
