Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell FLEX products and other building materials
Visit customers, construction sites, workshops, and project locations
Generate new leads and develop new accounts
Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Coordinate with the office regarding orders, deliveries, and payment collections
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to build relationships with contractors, MEP companies, workshops, and construction firms
Good knowledge of power tools, abrasives, and building materials
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
