Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment plans professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports .
  • Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
  • Bachelor s degree
  • 1 3 years of experience in sales (real estate is a plus)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics
  • Willingness to work in the field and manage client visits when required
  • Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
