Bachelor s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.

  • 1 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role (preferably in wholesale business).

  • Experience in sales process design, optimization, and workflow improvement.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Support the wholesale sales team with accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Monitor sales performance, targets, KPIs, and assist in identifying performance gaps.
  • Ensure proper execution and optimization of the sales process and workflows.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing, delivery follow-ups, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update CRM system data to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Collaborate with finance to track invoices, collections, and credit limits when needed.
  • Assist in forecasting demand, planning sales cycles, and preparing sales presentations.
  • Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and proper stock management.
  • Support the development of sales tools, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the wholesale sales department.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting after-sales coordination and resolving operational issues.
