Bachelor s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role (preferably in wholesale business).
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
- Solid business and financial acumen.
- Experience in sales process design, optimization, and workflow improvement.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Support the wholesale sales team with accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor sales performance, targets, KPIs, and assist in identifying performance gaps.
- Ensure proper execution and optimization of the sales process and workflows.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing, delivery follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update CRM system data to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Collaborate with finance to track invoices, collections, and credit limits when needed.
- Assist in forecasting demand, planning sales cycles, and preparing sales presentations.
- Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and proper stock management.
- Support the development of sales tools, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
- Provide administrative and operational support for the wholesale sales department.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting after-sales coordination and resolving operational issues.
