Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
- Administrative Management and Operational Support of the Mobility Platform:
- To ensure the daily administrative management of the mobility platform.
- Centralize and manage all commercial contracts.
- Assign and manage access to the mobility platform for clients and teams.
- Collaborating across all operations (Yassir GO, distribution).
- To meet the needs of the sales team in terms of office supplies, administrative documents, and contracts.
- To ensure proper handling of customer complaints.
- To handle grievances and complaints related to product and operational aspects.
- Supervise the debt collection and invoicing officer.
- Ensure collections and follow-up of payments with the treasury.
- Prepare customer invoices to be given to sales representatives, with follow-up.
- Develop and deliver product training to sales teams and customers.
- Provide support to field sales representatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in a similar position.
- Sense of communication and interpersonal relations.
- Rigour and a sense of methodology in the processing of operations.
- Be proactive and solution-oriented.
- Negotiation skills (for aspects related to debt collection or contract management).
- Proficiency in written and spoken languages: French, Arabic, English.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Dashboard, CRM, management tools).
- Optional legal concepts (particularly for contract management).
- High availability
