Roles & Responsibilities

Missions

  • Administrative Management and Operational Support of the Mobility Platform:
  • To ensure the daily administrative management of the mobility platform.
  • Centralize and manage all commercial contracts.
  • Assign and manage access to the mobility platform for clients and teams.
  • Collaborating across all operations (Yassir GO, distribution).
  • To meet the needs of the sales team in terms of office supplies, administrative documents, and contracts.
Complaints and Complaints Management:
  • To ensure proper handling of customer complaints.
  • To handle grievances and complaints related to product and operational aspects.
Supervision of Debt Collection and Billing:
  • Supervise the debt collection and invoicing officer.
  • Ensure collections and follow-up of payments with the treasury.
  • Prepare customer invoices to be given to sales representatives, with follow-up.
Product Training:
  • Develop and deliver product training to sales teams and customers.
  • Provide support to field sales representatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent

  • 2+ years experience in a similar position.
  • Sense of communication and interpersonal relations.
  • Rigour and a sense of methodology in the processing of operations.
  • Be proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Negotiation skills (for aspects related to debt collection or contract management).
  • Proficiency in written and spoken languages: French, Arabic, English.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Dashboard, CRM, management tools).
  • Optional legal concepts (particularly for contract management).
  • High availability
