Job Description:

The Sales Operations Associate Manager, in the specific position of Customer Experience Team Manager, acts as the strategic backbone of the sales operations organization, bridging the gap between executive strategy and daily execution. In this role, you lead a team of sales operations specialists (Customer Experience Team) to ensure that they have the tools, data, and streamlined processes needed to process orders, manage backlog and efficiently communicate with customers and all internal AIS Teams. This role involves team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of sales operations specialists (Customer Experience Team), allocate and supervise their daily activities.

Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other managers.

Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

  • Process Oversight: Have in-depth understanding of Quote to Order and Order to Invoice processes to be able to support the team and solve any challenges.

Manage sales order processing including monitoring the system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of sales orders, tracking sales shipment, delivery, billing and backlog activities. Respond to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolve customer order difficulties.

May manage customer quotes activities in line with customer specific strategies, quoting processes, and order management.

  • Data Analysis: Track KPIs, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations while working with sales, supply chain, integration center and other AIS teams and leaders.

Resolve escalated operational related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree, preferably in business administration, international management, communication or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence to manage team dynamics and conflict.
  • High level of English language both in written and oral communication.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Excel).
