Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the sales team by managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
Coordinate with internal departments to streamline sales processes and improve overall efficiency.
Analyze sales data and generate regular reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, policies, and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client communications, and contract documentation.
Monitor and manage sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
Assist with the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
Identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, specializing in sales operations, sales support, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative.
Willingness to work onsite in a dynamic office environment.
