Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily sales operations across retail locations to ensure seamless execution and achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth in the men s casual wear segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and supply chain to ensure cohesive retail operations.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for sales processes, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance customer experience and operational productivity.
- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure all retail operations adhere to company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations management within the fashion/ retail industry.
- Maximum age 45 years old
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets in a retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience supervising retail teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Proficiency in retail management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
