Sales & Operations Manager – Electrical & Hardware Trading


Location: Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager for an electrical and hardware trading business in Kuwait.



Responsibilities:



  • Manage daily store and warehouse operations

  • Supervise staff and workflow

  • Handle customer sales and quotations

  • Follow up on payment collections

  • Manage inventory and stock movement

  • Develop relationships with contractors and company clients

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations




Requirements:



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical trading, hardware, or building materials

  • Experience in Kuwait or GCC is preferred

  • Good communication and leadership skills

  • Knowledge of sales, inventory, and collections

  • English language required (Arabic is a plus)

  • Driving license is an advantage
