Roles & Responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Support the Sales team in daily operation activities across regions. Serve as the senior point of reference for sales staff, providing direction, mentorship, and operational support for Escalation, Pricing and Process issues.
- Sales Performance Management: Evaluate sales history, dissect global performance by product lines and pricing, and deliver actionable insights to senior management. Set and monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Strategic Analysis: Attend and lead weekly calls with Sales Managers; conduct rigorous reviews and analysis of forecasted budgets, proactively challenge assumptions, and highlight key discrepancies to improve accuracy.
- Operational Oversight & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive visibility over all regional commercial operations. Ensure strict compliance with pricing procedures, vendor requirements, and internal standards. Address and resolve incidents in coordination with the Audit department.
- Systems & Process Improvement: Drive collaboration between Sales, Finance, and IT teams to optimize Salesforce usage and standardize reporting tools. Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Order-to-Cash Management: Oversee global ordering and invoicing workflows, ensuring seamless execution, timely data provision, and full adherence to company pricing approvals and procedures.
- Forecasting, Planning & Budget Review: Lead the preparation and review of commercial forecasts and budgets. Participate in and contribute to weekly management meetings, challenging assumptions and highlighting discrepancies to ensure accurate, insightful planning.Manage and enhance vendor forecasting tools, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for decision-making.
- Customer & Technical Issue Resolution: Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and technical problems, escalating issues when necessary. Ensure best-in-class support and service across all regions.
- Reporting: Consolidate data and issue comprehensive, periodic global operational reports for executive review and strategic guidance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrated success in supporting cross-regional sales teams, projects, and commercial operational processes.
Proven track record of ensuring compliance, improving processes, and resolving complex issues.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination, commercial and operations management.
Advanced skills in Salesforce, business intelligence, data analytics, and MS Office tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for compliance and process excellence.
Proven track record in optimizing commercial processes, ensuring data quality, and managing risk in a global setting.
Arabic speaker is a must.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
7+ years experience in sales operations management within a global IT vendor.
