Roles & Responsibilities
Managing and organizing the daily workflow within the Sales Department.
Diligent follow-up on supply deliveries for current and potential customers.
Managing and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively.
Coordinating field visits and studying market needs to identify opportunities.
Actively contributing to opening new markets and expanding our client base.
Analyzing customer issues and proposing effective solutions to boost satisfaction.
Contracting customer orders and monitoring supply procedures until delivery.
Preparing and submitting daily reports on sales operation movements with agents and clients.
