Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Maintain sales performance reports (calls, emails, meetings, lead conversions, etc.).
Track lead lifecycle stages and assist in lead distribution.
Monitor campaign performance and support demand generation activities.
Assist in compiling workforce management and activity reports for sales and customer engagement teams.
Support process improvement initiatives and workflow automation projects.
Requirements:
- 2 Years relevant experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Experience with reporting tools (Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
