Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular outdoor visits to clients to promote company products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and sales agreements to achieve targets.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and updates for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 3 years of proven experience in outdoor sales or a similar field-based sales role.
- Solid background in chemical raw materials, coatings, paint products, or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales environments.
- Previous experience in procurement or purchasing is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of plastics or other industrial raw materials is considered an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage client visits efficiently, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel as required.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Must own a car.
