Roles & Responsibilities
- Job Description: Outdoor Sales Representative Bank
- Job Summary:
The Outdoor Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new customers through field visits, promoting banking products and services, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships to ensure excellent service delivery. - Key Responsibilities:
- Execute field sales plans to attract new customers and increase the bank s market share.
- Promote various banking products such as accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and auto loans.
- Conduct daily outdoor visits according to the approved work plan.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and field visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank.
- Follow up on account opening procedures and customer requests efficiently and accurately.
- Adhere to the bank s policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields).
- 1 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Energetic, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driving license is a plus.
