Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities in assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales growth.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Resolve client issues and provide after-sales support to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in outdoor or field sales roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and in an office-based arrangement.
