Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the sales manager to prepare the orders.

2. Regularly monitor and analyze competitors' activities, and inform management of significant developments to help maintain a competitive edge.

3. Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

4. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

1. Coordinate with the sales manager about the regular visits to the point of sales.

2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

3. Maintain accurate records of clients' databases.

1. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients in coordination with the sales manager.

2. Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain stock availability at the point of sale.

3. Actively participate in promotions to enhance product visibility and drive sales in various locations.

1. Ensure all visual displays comply with company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

2. Technical certificate or knowledge in cosmetology or beauty.

3. Minimum experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.

4. Strong sales and negotiation skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

7. Has a car.
