Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Prospecting: Build targeted lists of US decision-makers (Directors, Program Managers, Executives) using provided LinkedIn Sales Navigator criteria.

  • Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via cold email and LinkedIn messaging (40+ touchpoints daily).

  • Discovery: Conduct Zoom-based discovery calls to qualify leads, identify workforce pain points, and assess budget fit.

  • Closing: Present the Workforce Performance Diagnostic solution, handle objections, and secure signed contracts.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads and deal stages in our CRM (HubSpot/Excel).

Market Intelligence

  • Gather feedback from prospects to help refine our messaging and product offering.

  • Identify trends in the US nonprofit and workforce development sectors.

Self-Management

  • Operate independently as a remote sales partner.

  • Manage your own schedule to maximize overlap with US business hours (EST/CST).

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Skills

  • English Fluency: Must speak and write at a C1/C2 (Native/Near-Native) level. You will be communicating with senior US executives.

  • Sales Hunter Mindset: Proven ability to generate leads from scratch. You don't wait for leads; you go get them.

  • Resilience: Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation is preferred but not required. Prior experience selling to the US or UK market is a major plus. Background in HR, recruitment, or consulting sales is advantageous.
